BREAST AUGMENTATION

Involves placing silicone breast implants under breast tissue or chest muscles. The shape, size and type of approach (areola, submammary, axillary) is determined after patient evaluation. This procedure lasts 2 hours and is done under general anesthesia. Requires a period of 10 days for initial recovery.

 

BREAST REDUCTION

Disproportionately large breasts can cause discomfort, pain, sweating, skin maceration, back pain and emotional distress. This procedure is about removing excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size more in proportion with the body. Lots of women fell satisifed due to the great improvement in appearance and symptoms. It lasts 4-6 hours, is done under general anesthesia and requires a period of 10 days for initial recovery.

 

MASTOPEXY

Pregnancy and weight fluctuations can cause lose of elasticity and firmness. During a breast lift, excess skin is removed and breast tissue is reshaped to raise the breasts. This can be combined with augmentation to restore fullness and shape to the breast. The surgery lasts 4 hours, performed under general anesthesia and has a recovery period of 1 to 2 weeks

BREAST IMPLANT REVISION

Silicone implants have a lifespan of 10 years. Rupture, wrinkling, encapsulation, change of position may appear over time. After this period it is recommended to replace them.
