Andrea is a Surgical Assistant certified by the University of Antioquia. Born and raised in Medellín Andrea's talent was discovered at an early age by being very creative and observant. She worked in different institutions in the health field such as the San Vicente de Paul Hospital, the León XIII Noel Clinic, the San Rafael de Itagüí Hospital, among others. After some time she joined Dr. Ramírez's workteam.

Her work consists on assisting Dr. Ramírez in his surgeries and being with the staff that works in the operating room, as well as maintaining strict control and strict control of the surgery tool protocols like asepsis, disinfection, sterilization, biosecurity; control the proper functioning of some equipment used in the operating room to ensure patient's safety. Among her virtues we find that it she is organized and fine motor skills, physical endurance and patience. She has the ability to overcome stress and pressure generated in the middle of surgery and has strong teamwork skills. Her punctuality is a one of her great virtues.

 

In her free time, she loves being with her husband and son, spending time traveling, visiting her father, doing a food tour in her city and in different places when she travels.

Claudia's unique philosophy of beauty and aesthetic rejuvenation is grounded in her extensive experience in Cosmetology and the reach of global health. After graduating from the Corporación Universitaria Lasallista as a Food Engineer from Caldas - Antioquia in 2004 and working in research and product development, Claudia in 2007 moved to the world of Cosmetology studying at the Colombian College of Cosmetology graduating with honors in 2009, discovering a new place where she could help people feel better, this time from the outside. For seven years, she has worked as a Cosmetologist and Patient Care Coordinator at Doctor Ramírez's Office in Medellín, she is trained in body and facial contouring procedures, trained in the Intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment, fractional non-ablative lasers for skin rejuvenation as well as vascular injuries recovery.

 

Claudia has experience in performing a variety of cosmetic procedures and non-invasive therapies, including post surgery body and facial recovery treatments, microdermabrasion, micro-current, ultrasound and chemical peels. Her diversified knowledge of skin care treatments and procedures, acquired through years of experience, enables her to work with patients to achieve the results they want. In addition to assisting Dr. Ramírez in most of his dermatocosmetic procedures, she has witnessed firsthand the kind of internal and external changes that arise as a result of his sensitivity, knowledge, exceptional visualization of realistic beauty and a wide range of techniques.

Claudia believes that through the advanced use of non-invasive treatments, cosmetic surgery and skincare solutions, patients can achieve their aesthetic goals and ensure that their aging process is both elegant and subtle.

 

Claudia's personal interests include spending time with her family and her cats, as well as skating, swimming and getting to know the world.

Lina grew up in Medellín with her two sisters, graduated in Secretarial work and a degree in Foreign Trade Specialist from Instituto Tecnológico de Antioquia. With her experience of customer services at the reception desk and having a direct communication with patients she is always spontaneous and professional. She is deeply involved into providing personalized assistance to ensure that each patient's experience is exceptional.
